Scott Mutter revisited this powerful image a few years ago, making modifications to the background and issuing it as a poster for the first time. Although it was originally created more than a dozen years ago, this image brings to mind America’s position in the modern world and–like all of Scott’s montages– it invites and encourages personal interpretations.
