Tinder’s Directory of Early Michigan Photographers Decades in preparation, the Directory of Early Michigan Photographers covers the years 1840 – 1920 and includes information that may help to date the production of studio photographers who were active in Michigan. The Directory is available in easily-searched PDF format as a free download, thanks to the William L. Clements Library at the University of Michigan.
